Risk Modules Explained
The Risk Solution is made up of two modules: Central Risk Library and Site Risk Register. While it is possible to use the Central Risk Library without also using the Site Risk Register, this is generally unlikely to occur. The Site Risk Register cannot be used without the Central Risk Library. Toggles (see below) are only available in the Central Risk Library.
Toggle Overview
The Donesafe Standard Solution modules makes use of hidden main form questions to enable/disable (toggle) various features utilising the ‘default response’ setting. In each module, on the main form, this will be easily identifiable by the Red and Bold display text as shown below.
Each toggle should be reviewed alongside the client’s sales contract and requirements to determine the necessary setup.
Toggles Explained
Using Incidents Module
This enables a Related Incidents tab within the Risk Library and Site Risk modules (toggles will need to be enabled in both modules). A corresponding toggle can be found in the Incidents module. (See Incidents Install Guide)
Using Hazards Module
This enables a Related Hazards tab within the Risk Library and Site Risk modules (toggles will need to be enabled in both modules). A corresponding toggle can be found in the Hazards module. (See Hazards Install Guide)
