Overview
The Donesafe Standard Solution modules makes use of hidden main form questions to enable/disable (toggle) various features utilising the ‘default response’ setting. In each module, on the main form, this will be easily identifiable by the Red and Bold display text as shown below.
Each toggle should be reviewed alongside the client’s sales contract and requirements to determine the necessary setup.
Toggles Explained
Using Solv Integration
This enables the Donesafe to Solv email notification integration for Injuries. This can be configured based on the Injured Person type which the client wants to integrate to Solv. EG If they only want to capture Employee Injuries, only the employee option needs to be selected as default.
Using Risk Modules
This toggle refers to the standard solutions Risk modules. If the client is using these modules this should be enabled. When enabled this will allow the selection of a Risk from the Site Risk Register (which also links to the Central Risk Library) in the Review and Investigation sections of the Incident.
Using Chemical Register Module
This toggle refers to the standard solutions Chemical Management modules. If the client is using these modules this should be enabled. When enabled this will allow the selection of a Safety Data Sheet from the Safety Data Sheet modules.
Using Plant & Equipment Modules
This toggle refers to the standard solutions Plant & Equipment modules. If the client is using these modules this should be enabled. When enabled this will allow the selection of a Plant & Equipment record from the Plant & Equipment Register.
Using Confidential Workflow
This toggle enables the ‘Keep confidential’ Checkbox on the main form, as well as enables a new workflow step in-between Incident Reported and Incident Reviewed called ‘Confidentiality Assessment’. This workflow step allows a designated Confidentiality Assessor (system Tag) to first determine if the Incident should remain confidential or should not.
Investigation Options (Supporting Module)
A supporting module called ‘Investigation Options’ has been developed and is found under the ‘Module Configuration’ menu collection. As part of a standard install you will need to import the provided file to populate your investigation options for Low / Moderate / High / Extreme. Once the records have been imported into the module, you can edit them to determine if the investigation is enabled for that level of severity, and which sections of the investigation are available.
Only one of each severity type should be active at a single time. The import should only be run once. Once the options are imported there is no need to create new records manually in this module.
